GIGA casting II
When I wrote last year after Thermoprocess in Dusseldorf about Mega and GIGA casting, I had no idea how big a problem was coming our way. EUROGUSS 2024 is now over and it is clear that GIGA casting is moving the automotive world.
Even though I probably won’t encounter it in practice, the GIGA world is fascinating for me in terms of new challenges. And what was officially published? The consulting company “anp management consulting GmbH”, Essen, Germany, https://www.anp-consulting.com/en/, presented the report “Market Overview Giga Casting and Giga Presses in the Automotive Industry”. As it is a very interesting read, I have made an extract of it.
