The difference between classic carburizing and LPC in a multi-chamber system
There has been a boom in various infographics generated by artificial intelligence. But no AI is the same as AI. Some don’t speak Czech, some don’t speak English, some confuse terms. So my head remains the main judge. This is the result of the description of the comparison of classical carburizing and LPC. Quite a successful infographic, containing no fundamental lies.

What do we see from this? The ECM ICBP Flex vacuum device is essentially a system with the ability to perform almost any process. But since each heating cell can have a different function, a different temperature, the device will provide us with a complete process workflow with full automation, configured according to our requirements. So not only lower energy consumption, lower emissions, but also a system with high flexibility of operations and automation, but also low service, maintenance or calibration costs.
So if we decide to replace the old multi-purpose furnace with a new system, a new universe of heat treatment awaits us.
