Nadca 207 – what does this specification cover?
My article on Nadca 207 has been published on the TAV Vacuum Furnaces website. Since I have been recommending and supporting this specification since 1999, it is just another stage in this story, where there is a heat treater on the one hand, with obligations to behave according to this specification, and on the other then the steel supplier or tool shop, in an effort to decline these principles in part or in full. … .. I then meet the results when writing expert opinions. At the same time, it might be enough to understand what Nadca 207 says about how to transfer responsibility for defects and damages to whoever actually caused them.

At the same time, however, it confirms that TAV Vacuum Furnaces understood the importance of this specification for vacuum tool hardening, including applying all Nadca 207 principles to furnace programming so that they could operate in automatic mode based on cycle control from temperature Tp (furnaces) , Ts (surface) and Tc (core).
