Mirek Meduna

On Sunday, it will be 6 years since Mirek Meduna left for his eternal pilgrimage. He would have been 80 years old today. He was one of our generation, which was a post-revolutionary pioneer in the field of heat treatment in CZ. Just as they are captured in the photo, my little thing (71), the founder of the legendary HT-Progres, the first private vacuum heat treatment plant in the Czech Republic, later Bodycote HT, Tonda Policar (77) and the president of Motorpal Jihlava, Mirek Meduna and on the far right Ota Prikner (73 ), founder and owner of a heat treatment plant in Broumov.
Well, thank you Mirek for meeting us. And thanks for the fact that even though we were each other’s competitors, we were always above all friends.
