The line was built after the Nissan plant in Barcelona, after the installation and operation of the entire line, Nissan decided to close the entire plant. It is therefore an almost new device that will be covered by a full warranty. The whole assembly consists of:

Two electrically heated ICBP carburizing cells with a maximum working temperature of 1050 °C, with rear door for maintenance, octagonal heating chamber with extreme insulation (80 mm), useful height 750 mm, temperature uniformity Class 2, +/-5ºC,
IN/OUT loading chamber with vacuum seal, thermally insulated,
Quenching module for oil quenching of the latest generation, also used as output or output module, oil temperature up to 180 °C
Transport tunnel with 6 positions
Internal loading trolley (designed for a gross load of 750 kg),
Vacuum units (2 for vacuum, 2 for process including one group for backup)
2 tempering furnaces up to 250 °C
Assembly of external conveyors
2 cooling positions
Gas distribution panels for C2H2 and N2
Nitrogen tank to ensure a neutral environment above the oil bath
