ECM dominates LPC

In total, there are 193 carburizing cells  from ECM in the TOP 15 hardening plants in the USA and Mexico. When I wrote last time that I counted a total of 181 vacuum furnaces of all kinds, of all possible manufacturers in CZ and SK, this number is absolutely unbelievable.  I already understand why ECM produces one LPC cell per day. But it is also proof that ECM simply managed low-pressure carburizing in all aspects. And the fact that it is able to apply it to such a number of furnaces also shows a high degree of standardization of solutions. Few people really know how to do that.

It seems that even the big players in commercial heat treatment have already taken this into account and are investing massively in ECM solutions.
