E-seminar

Like last year, I have dedicated  my time to an e-seminar hosted by SecoWarwick. Some things caught my attention, but many did not. I think the seminar went to the level where it is obvious that the heat treaters are not actors. I was not really excited about this level of seminar. That’s why I consider last year better than this year.

But the last part of the seminar totally got me. You can hear it on the recording. Mr. Adam Adámek, the moderator of this part of the seminar called “Hot work tools – Heat treatment” stated, I quote: “Heat treatment of hot work tools is relatively easy”.

So I began to wonder why I actually spent twenty years in this field, promoting Nadca 207, when it is so clear and self-evident. And after my recent experience with die casting foundries where die life is still a critical parameter, I think I’ll have to refer them to SecoWarwick.

Or rather not, this block of the seminar was really not informative
