Expertise brings me new surprises every day. In this case, it was an opinion in a case where I had to study Czech law and customs regulations, EU law and its customs regulations, as well as similar items in India and China for many days.

However, it is positive for me that the party that was the plaintiff in the dispute, and commissioned me to provide an opinion, won the dispute. And this despite the fact that the original decision was based on the opinion of OLAF (European Anti-Fraud Office).

I am just sure that when you read the judgment, you will find that metallurgy and law do not go together. It is simply a different world.
