Team building

I was invited by Aleš Šlechta and Galvamet to their men’s team building in Tenerife. I didn’t hesitate for a moment with a positive answer, that can’t be refused.. Because I’ve been going to Vsetín for almost six years now, and I already know everyone so much that I feel at home there. That’s also why I’m sometimes told that I’m not that much of an independent consultant, but I really don’t bother with that anymore. This cooperation has mutual benefits and both parties know it very well.

I think it was thanks to Galvamet that I was able to see heat treatment from a different side than Bodycote. A small family business versus the absolute number one in the global world of heat treatment. It’s not like black and white, but it’s completely different, with all kinds of colours. Even though both forms of business have a lot in common, the team spirit prevails in the family business. And that attracts me because it makes me feel good.

And how did it turn out? It was great and it only confirmed that Aleš Šlechta built his kingdom on the basis of fairness, with the right amount of purposefulness, diligence, but also imagination, and with the ability to create team spirit. After all, the Galvamet results speak for themselves. Its number two position on the Czech market of commercial heat treaters market speaks for itself. And so just a few photos to make it clear that such a form is not only relaxing for employees who work for the company 24/7, but also useful and motivating for improving mutual relations.
