Summer ends ..

I have to say that I had a good summer. 2 weeks in Sardinia and 1 week in Madeira. Beautiful, what more could I ask for. But I have also made progress with Nadca, and that pleases me the most. A little here in the Czech Republic, and we’ll see how far we can take it. However, I must state that I already have an idea why nothing has moved significantly forward in those 20 years. But more on that later, when I’ve recovered a bit from the fact that I didn’t have to do anything at all for almost a month.

However, I received a request that cannot be ignored. And it is from a company that is almost 14 hours away from Prague as the crow flies, from Thailand. And what kind of company is that? Kind of like Bodycote, but in the East – see map.

The company, whose name I will not mention for now, is part of a large Japanese concern focused on high-speed hardening of tools in a stream of nitrogen for die-casting tools, and the sale of Hitachi steel. And they are interested in implementing Nadca 207.

And how did they find out about me? Another secret. But if it works out, then it’s a great opportunity to learn something by teaching others.

So I’m keeping my fingers crossed and I’m really looking forward to it
