Any interest organization in our field has its place and space for application. The head of idea Global Heat Treatment Forum  is Karol Forycki, my friend and former co-worker at Bodycote, a man with a natural tradesman who understood that in our industry, the sale of any equipment is conditioned by deep knowledge about technology, physical metallurgy or metal properties and their relationship to utility. This is what the customer needs, because he often lacks the certainty in deciding what is better and more advantageous for his application.

When he approached me with a proposal for cooperation, I did not hesitate and I agreed to this cooperation. And so in 2019 I was invited to the Heat Treatment Forum in Wroclaw with two lectures on “Nadca 207 as a quality manual for heat treatment of steels”, “Industry 4.0 and ERP systems” in heat treatment “.

To my surprise, not only was it a great event, but I was unexpectedly inducted into the “Hall of Fame” of this association, right after personalities such as Hans Veltrop or Janusz Kowalewski. So thanks for that, it’s a great appreciation for me and also a commitment to the future. And finally, who can sometimes be inducted into the Hall of Fame with all the honors, when we don’t play hockey or tennis or golf, when we just harden our whole lives ..
