Legal spects of the Heat Treatment

Right from the beginning of 2022, I expanded my training portfolio with Legal aspects of heat treatment, moreover in a trilingual configuration of Czech, English and Polish. A very instructive meeting with people from the field of forging for me

It is clear that my experience and practice in heat treatment, combined with the legal knowledge I have gained as a forensic expert, can be useful to others.

And because, as a forensic expert, I only encounter errors that have arisen in connection with heat treatment, it is also a way for companies to improve their own processes in the quality management system so that they minimize complaints or make their position in court proceedings a counterparty unquestionable.

And because in today’s globalized world, business law is almost identical in all countries, the conclusions of my training are generally transferable to both those who perform heat treatment and those who order heat treatment.

And in both cases, it is also about the art of properly ordering the material or service of heat treatment so that in the end, even if we are convinced of our truth, we could actually prove that the responsibility for defects and damages is not on our side, but on the side of the steel or heat treatment supplier.
