Hardness measurement is a basic method for testing the results of our heat treatment. Although it is a seemingly simple method, it has its pitfalls. That is why this course was created to not only describe the individual methods, but also to draw attention to the pitfalls of hardness measurement. This also includes the requirements for managing physical quantities in our ERP system, managing hardness measurement equipment, managing measurement results, as well as the qualifications of personnel involved in measurements or resolving discrepancies.
